Oh, relax. I found this forum because I was looking for a place to spread the word on this album. It doesn't mean I'm not a jazz lover and I won't contribute in the future. Maybe someone has been looking for this album and they'll be grateful that I did come here.

Do you want to discuss jazz with me? I'm here to talk if you do.

You guys seem to have a lot of fun here. On a serious note, have any of you heard this album before? I don't have a record player and that's why I am trying to sell it to a good home, but I would love to hear some reviews from people here. Or, you could just flame me for my first post being a sale. Either way I am sure someone will enjoy the album soon!

....actually flaming you would be much more enjoyable ;) but the lp you are attempting to sell is a very good one. You can find it on cd if you really want to hear it!!! Welcome aboard, join in the fun!

Chuckster suffers a lot from indigestion...

;)

Much of it as a result of Conn. :P

I am irritated by first postings resulting in sales pitches or website links. Looks like a "swoop and kill" method, much like a crow - build nothing - then harvest.

People who think that the Populism of the American Mid-West is rooted in some form of leftist idealism instead of the real-life experiences of living off and with the land (and the rest of nature) are strongly encouraged to read the above post until it sinks in.

If by that you mean that people have exploited the land for personal purposes and put nothing back into it, that probably describes a lot what passes for capitalism. Which brings to mind the banks during the great depression leaving people high and dry.

As for Chuck, he's brief but succinct and we've all in some way felt the Nessian observations.
