brownie Posted October 4, 2004 Report Posted October 4, 2004 Is there any way of posting the same PM to several members in one throw? So far, I prepare one PM for one member, then paste and copy to send to other members. There must be a simpler and faster way of doing this... Quote

Wow, what timing -- I just had the same question myself, as I copy and paste, copy and paste... Quote
Claude Posted October 4, 2004 Report Posted October 4, 2004 Hey you spammers Have you tried entering multiple user names, each one seperated by a comma? Quote
Claude Posted October 4, 2004 Report Posted October 4, 2004 (edited) That doesn't work, just tried it by sending a PM to myself. Same thing with a semi-colon I don't understand this sentense in the Board help page: "If allowed, you may also be able to enter in multiple names in the box provided, will need to add one username per line." catesta Posted October 4, 2004 Report Posted October 4, 2004 "If allowed, you may also be able to enter in multiple names in the box provided, will need to add one username per line." Could be a function B3-er has the option to turn on or off. Hey Claude, what did you tell yourself in that PM? Anything juicy? Quote

Maybe the names need to be seperated by a semi-colon? Quote

Jazzmoose Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Sounds like you just need to enter a name, hit return, enter another name, hit return, etc. What I need to know is can I send Conn two hundred PMs at the same time.... Quote

Jim Alfredson Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 Aha. There was something disabled. There should be a carbon copy box now. I have set it up so you can send to 12 members at a time. Sorry... that box has always been there for me. I just assumed you guys could do it to, but I had to turn it on for you regular members. BWA HA HA! Quote
