MoGrubb
Last night - whole Canadian lobster steamed in white wine with shallotts, garlic and sweet red pepper on a bed of organic spaghetti. Fresh rasberries and cream for desert. g_d not only do you have great taste in music, but in food taboot! damn. I don't know, it doesn't seem to be quite right to put onions or onions-like on lobster, or on any kind of seafood for that matter.
sidewinder
I don't know, it doesn't seem to be quite right to put onions or onions-like on lobster, or on any kind of seafood for that matter. Fry the shallots in butter with fresh garlic and black pepper, add the white wine and reduce. Then add the seafood with lemon or lime plus heaps of fresh parsley. Cover the whole lot with a plate and steam for a few minutes. Works well in a wok !
