brownie Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 She was supposed to be waiting for marriage to lose her virginity. Now comes this: NEW YORK (AFP) - Teen-idol Britney Spears has admitted she is not a virgin and is now "craving" a new man -- breaking with her squeaky-clean image as the woman who would only have sex on her wedding day. In an interview carried in the latest issue of "W" magazine, Spears reveals that she slept with ex-boyfriend and former N'Sync hunk Justin Timberlake shortly after turning 18. But Britney, now 21, was quick to stress that Timberlake had been the only one. "I've only slept with one person my whole life," she said, while adding that she was looking for a new partner. "I haven't had a boy in a really long time, and I'm really craving" she told the magazine. "Just a kiss, man. Just a kiss would be nice." For years, Britney had been linked with her staunch declaration that she would remain a virgin until she got married. In the interview, however, she admits that image had been manipulated by her handlers who wanted to keep her legions of teenybopper fans -- and their parents -- happy. Quote

Joe Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 She couldn't take it. and I wouldn't want it. There's girls that bend. And then there are girls that break. Ask Dylan... Quote
JSngry Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 (edited) And then there's girls (and yeah, guys too... ) that were never together enough in the first place to either bend OR break. Game's over before anybody gets a chance to play. Nobody likes a foregone conclusion. Edited July 9, 2003 by JSngry Quote
Alexander Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 I'm shocked! A 21 year old woman who has had sex? What is this world coming to...? Quote
JSngry Posted July 9, 2003 Report Posted July 9, 2003 (edited) Well, if she says, ""I haven't had a boy in a really long time, and I'm really craving" a few more times, a sizable percentage of it will be coming to (and/or on) her door... Edited July 9, 2003 by JSngry Quote
chris olivarez Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Britney you're a naughty little girl-a henh!!! Quote
Guest Mnytime Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 (edited) She is only confirming what Timberlake alluded to after their breakup. Not that I think anyone really believed Timberlake and her were not getting it on. Edited July 10, 2003 by Mnytime Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Mnytime, you gotta stop reading Seventeen. Quote
Guest Mnytime Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 I don't read Seventeen. I just happen to have a lot of younger cousins. Though it is interesting that you would know the magazine. Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 How can you miss it on the newstands at the grocery store?!? You see the chicks they put on the cover of that thing?! Good Lord! Of course, my older sister used to have a subscription to it when I was in my early teens. That made for some interesting reading, I can tell you that! Quote

Looking at the pictures on the covers is a whole lot different than reading whats inside. So you're admitting that you were at least at one time an avid reader. Are you sure it was your sisters subscription? Edited July 10, 2003 by Mnytime Quote
RDK Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 And are you sure you were just "reading" it? Quote
Guest Mnytime Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 (edited) And are you sure you were just "reading" it? Well I didn't want to bring up that question. Another interesting point is for someone that claims he hasn't "read" it since he was in his teens how would he know what would only recently be included? Edited July 10, 2003 by Mnytime Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted July 10, 2003 Report Posted July 10, 2003 Damn. You guys caught me. I still have the subscription.......... OH THE SHAME!!!! Quote
