Big Wheel
No, there are two different 2CD sets: You're referring to Meet You at the Jazz Corner of the World. The set reg is referring to is a 1959 session with a different band (Lee, Hank, Timmons, and Merritt) that came out in the mid-'90s in the Doubletime series. See here and here for details. Big Al
Another vote for Chicken Shack & Midnight Special. JAzzmoose hit it right on the head on why I haven't purchased these in their current form.
ralphie_boy
True Blue deserves an RVG'ing.
Rooster_Ties
True Blue deserves an RVG'ing. I like, but don't love "True Blue" (like I know many folks do - here and elsewhere), but I would tend to agree. This title shouldn't be so damn obscure, or scarce. I'd put this high on the list of RVG-able titles, that are also clearly Conn-ish too.
Jazz Groove
Something by Leo Parker and Freddie Roach. I would like to see these get RVG treatment.
BruceH
True Blue deserves an RVG'ing. You are so right! How could I forget True Blue? This baby should be in print for all time.
