The Bird's Eyes series was masterminded by the same people who put out the Bird Box. The Box came out in 1986 and contained (almost) all of the rare and unissued Bird that was available at the time. The Bird's Eyes series is a followup to the Box and contains material that has become available since. It duplicates quite a lot of material that was already in the Box.
