I like PBR as well. Hey, I must be a hipster and I didn't even know it! ^_^

last eve i drunk a pbr, so it must be hopelessly out of fashion.

I had a draught PBR a couple nights ago as the wallet was tight and the keg musta been dead but you really can't send back a PBR for tasting a bit off now, can you? Freekin' made Corona seem like beer.

OTOH I had some tap Oskar Blues Old Chub the weekend before and it was outstanding!!! I need more!!!:tup:tup

Has anybody ever tried absinthe? The real stuff, which includes wormwood.

I had a taste on my overseas trip a couple of weeks ago, definitely a strong anise-flavor to it. Just wondering what other's

experience with "the green fairy" has been.

An OK Old Vine California Zinfandel incorporating the contributions of seven different vintners operating under the aegis of Seven Deadly Zins. In my immediate future I see a Bombay Sapphire dirty martini or two. Stirred not shaken.

A lot of Shiner Ruby Redbird. It's a summer ale, has a hint of grapefruit, and it very refreshing. I'm not much of a summer ale guy, but this one totally floats my boat. Though it still comes in second place behind Buffalo Bill Brewing Company's Orange Blossom beer, maybe the most refreshing summer beer I've ever had.

new from a local brewery , a most delightful, albeit a tad sweet, mahogany colored maple toasted mt. carmel nut brown ale in a duval tulip.

the lacing is glorious to behold.

i'm now going to dial up one of son of miles sumptuous nichtlights episodes and kick back.

the jade bass, a scott lefaro remembrance, will work just fine.
