Matthew Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 (edited) What's up with Rodcast? I can't seem to hook up to it the past couple of days. Edited January 4, 2007 by Matthew Quote
clifford_thornton Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Anyone trying to stop smoking? Um, I started again. Well, my resolutions are to lose a few more pounds and to be stronger in combating my bouts of depression. Quote
GA Russell Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 My diet was pretty poor in 2006. One of my resolutions is to eat a lot of raw vegetables. I've started with cucumbers and tomatoes. Quote

rostasi Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 (edited) What's up with Rodcast? I can't seem to hook up to it the past couple of days. Actually, it's tied in with my resolutions this year... Beginning last week, I began getting ready, so to speak, for the new year by making some changes and doing some clean-up of my desktop - computer and the physical ones in my office and studio. It's a bit of a major overhaul - audio, video, text, etc - but I have a major 21 month plan in mind involving archiving and other concerns. Also, I'm awaiting a complete transfer of my domain to a new host. My old host really buggered up my email access (their servers cRaShEd really badly) and so after a few years of them, I'm going to someone who has a much better deal. This doesn't really affect the rodcast stream, but my iTunes currently only has the recording Rugolo Plays Kenton on it , but I can play you something else if you like by just pulling out a disc - Anyway, I'm hoping to get the stream going within the next week. Thanks for asking. Rod Edited January 4, 2007 by rostasi Quote
patricia Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Remember that I don't have as much time to discover my destiny as I always think I have. So to stop procrastinating. Days follow each other and each looks the same as the one before it. As Peggy Lee sang, Is this all there is? Be thankful that both my grown daughters have decided that my life is my life and have finally accepted that I will do what I think is right. For a while they were uncomfortable with my being different than other moms out there. WHEW! For the most part I'm going to quit sweatin' the small stuff. Quote
sheldonm Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Anyone trying to stop smoking? I would resolve to if I had ever started to begin with! .......nasty habit!!! Quote
rostasi Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 (edited) I'll tell ya...that article would make me stop if I did smoke but what is pretty clear is that even that isn't enough for some folks. People are smoking at the funeral! Edited January 4, 2007 by rostasi Quote
