Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 You made fun of my musical taste. I like Yanni. He is Amazing. I'm going to be a famous musician one day and make money. Not that it's about money. I wanna be in a group like his one that has music that is phenomminal and a group well known by many. But I figure I'd do something I love, which is of course playing music.
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Oh yeah tell him what? That I met some guy on the internet. pssh yeah good one.
Jazz Kat Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 Danielle, what did you think of Waiting for the Boogaloo Sisters? :rsmile:
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Can you like translate that for me Jazz Kat?
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Man all this over a topic that was supposed to be about Yanni.....
Dan Gould Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 Danielle, you are not going to fit in here very well if your idea of "great music" is Yanni. Like whatever you like, but no one will respect you or your opinions if you think Yanni is great music. I wondered about you when you brought up the Big Bad Cherry Poppin Daddies or whatever the fuck they are named. That's also a piece of shit band, which is why I recommended the other CD. They play in a legitimate swing-jump blues style and don't think that they are great musicians just because they dress the part. You named some excellent musicians/tunes in that other thread. I hope that is a better representation of your musical taste.
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Catesta, leave Scott Lang out of this. By the way you can't always believe what one tells you.
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Okay..... I did download some of those songs from teh cd. Pretty snazzy I'd have to say. But if they don't like my musical taste screw them, I will defend that part. BUT it wasn't really necessary to say anything about it like Catesta did!
catesta Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 (edited) What did Chuck say before? Oh yeah, "stop this shit". Seems like now is the time. Edited January 8, 2007 by catesta
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 You can end it yourself by quit posting in this topic I made up!
Jazz Kat Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 (edited) Danielle, just chill out. You have a lot to learn! You can't treat this board like you're instant messenging to your friends. People will get mad, and if you respond to every negative post thrown at you, you'll go crazy. Edited January 8, 2007 by Jazz Kat
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Okay, okay. I am sorry. BUT I'm not sorry about anything I had to say to Catesta he/she deserved it!
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 Man....where's Rostasi when you need him....
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 No, I'm a girl, female,younglady.
Chuck Nessa Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 No, I'm a girl, female, younglady. Please make up your mind about your identity.
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 When did I ever say I was a guy? And that quote they all mean the same thing. I'm a female and that's FINAL.
Jazzin'D92 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Report Posted January 8, 2007 We know that...as if it wasn't obvious.
Lazaro Vega Posted January 8, 2007 Report Posted January 8, 2007 I like Duke Ellington's Second Sacred Concert more than Yanni.
