JSngry Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 She looks like somebody I've seen on TV at some point in the past. Any ideas? Quote
JSngry Posted October 7, 2008 Author Report Posted October 7, 2008 The image is blocked, Jim, and the properties only say "Linda" as a possible clue. Linda who? Quote
Free For All Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 A young Linda Gray (from Dallas TV show)? Quote

Yes, it is a photo of a young Linda Hamilton: http://www.triviatribute.com/lindahamilton.html I dunno. Hamilton was born in 1956, but this site http://forbiddeneye.com/labels/coronet.html shows the Coronet LP from 1965. Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 I wasn't saying the album cover is her; just the picture I linked. I have no idea who it is on the album cover, but she reminds me of Linda Hamilton. Quote

Jazzmoose Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 I dunno. Hamilton was born in 1956, but this site http://forbiddeneye.com/labels/coronet.html shows the Coronet LP from 1965. I'm guessing the image marcello posted is not from the sixties... Quote

Stereojack Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 I think Linda Gray is a very good guess. She'd be the right age (25 in 1965) and did work as a photographer's model in the 1960's. Also was married to art director / album cover designer Ed Thrasher from 1962. Quote
sidewinder Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 That jawline certainly looks like Linda Gray ! Quote
Ted O'Reilly Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 (edited) I think you'll find it's Jean Shrimpton, one of the '60s star models from England. (You know, the Twiggy era)! Gorgeous! There are a few hundred pictures of her for you to compare, at http://www.fanpix.net/gallery/jean-shrimpton-pictures.htm Edited October 8, 2008 by Ted O'Reilly Quote

The eyebrows and pout are pretty distinctive. Ubiquitous back then.. Edited October 8, 2008 by sidewinder Quote
sidewinder Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 (edited) From her website.... Pretty conclusive that it isn't Linda Gray then ! Edited October 8, 2008 by sidewinder Quote
