Oh, for heavens sake. I started the Kagan thread...and 'yes,' I told Allen (who at that very moment was perusing my thread) that I would lock it for a few minutes because he'd been tweakin' me yesterday on the taxes thread (see post #2). Extra moderators to help with the heavy lifting? No problem. But joking around in that role is unacceptable, in my opinion. Hit me the wrong way as well. Son-of-a-Weizen Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 Well, I figured it would be okay to pull a quick stunt like that on my very own thread in the oft wild & whacky political forum...particularly when I clearly stated up front that it was my intention to monkey around for a few minutes and then re-open it. Anyone who read it knew straight up that that was the game -- however, clearly I failed to accurately gauge the reaction of the half-dozen people I expected to witness the high jinx in the political forum and I apologize for the violation.
