Oh boy! I was just talking to a fellow board member yesterday that I had to seriously clamp down on my spending and now I come across this. Oh, this isn't going to be easy especially that I'm off from work all week!

It depends on what you buy. For example, if you bought titles at the $8.98 price point, got the discount, free shipping and the free 6th disc, the average disc price would be just under $6.00 per disc.

If they've got what you want in their 2,000 CD inventory, I think this is still a pretty good/better deal. What is this sale, 1.5 years old now?

The Concord deal can be good as pointed out by Groucho, but apparently no one else noticed something: earlier today, some titles that have been gone for a while were listed as being available on CD again. 3 examples: Fontainebleau, Smooth As The Wind and Lem's Beat. Now I see they are MP3 only. There must have been a fluke on their site and they noticed when people started ordering. Bummer, I really wanted Smooth As The Wind. I still will find 6 titles to make an order, I'm sure.

Agreed. I did do a cursory check and saw very little at $8.98, so it doesn't look too compelling. But if the custom here continues of folks posting their orders, perhaps I will place a late one if enough interesting cheap items can be found.
