The original publisher went belly up. Maybe we'll do it as an ebook. But however we do it, it won't include the discography or the 2 appendices because we want them to be able to be updated regularly which isn't possible, of course, with hard copy. Also, eliminating those 3 sections will reduce the size of the book by about 100 pages which will make it more economical to publish and perhaps more attractive to a potential future publisher. I'd like to see the economy pick up some more before we do anything. But those 3 sections are going to be available online for the future.
