GA Russell
I would guess that she was born in the early 40s, making her almost 70 now. How long ago was that picture taken?

JSngry
The guy in the tuxedo - guess who? Hint - the remembrance of the name was triggered by a comment in GA's post above this one!
T.D.
Dean Chance! I googled Bo Belinsky, and ultimately came up with the Belinsky tribute boxing link. I was born in MN and remember Chance's big ('67) year with the Twins, but was too young to comprehend the Belinsky party stories...

Chuck Nessa
I was lucky enough to live in the Boston area during the Tiant era. My office was 3 stops from the park and bleacher seats were only a buck or two, and plentiful. Many days I took advantage of this situation. GA Russell
I saw Tiant pitch for the Red Sox once in Baltimore. It was a doubleheader in 1975. We had seats in the upper deck directly behind home plate. (I'd never sat there before.) Tiant pitched one game. Mike Cuellar pitched the other. They both pitched complete games and won. Tiant had his screwball, and Cuellar had his Cuban palmball, and it was eighteen innings of the ball squiggling into the catcher's mitt! I'll never forget it. ValerieB
I was lucky enough to live in the Boston area during the Tiant era. Many days I took advantage of this situation. and when i spent half my life in the late '50s in the bleachers, tix were 50 cents!!! (and we got to flirt with the pitchers in the bullpen!!)
