bertrand Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 iTunes has the Airplane 'Loves You' box which seems to have alternates of several tracks from the Volunteers album: 'We Can Be Together', 'Volunteers', 'Hey Frederick' and 'Wooden Ships' (allegedly an alternate mix but the timings don't match). Has anyone heard these and have any thoughts on them? Does Jorma take a totally different long solo on 'Frederick'? Thanks, Bertrand. BFrank Posted April 13, 2015 Report Share Posted April 13, 2015 That was an interesting article. I didn't realize that his wife Vanessa went through a conversion. I've been to Jorma's Fur Peace guitar camp in Ohio a couple of times and didn't know that story, but it explains why there are a couple of strategically placed Stars of David around the property.
