I picked up some this week in NYC. I love the Miles stamp, but weirdly you can not buy it separately from the Piaf stamp (I mean no offense to the French, I hasten to add)

My stomach is strong enough to lick the Miles stamp. I'll abstain from doing the same with the Piaf one (never liked her as a person and no fan of her singing!).

Are you in Austin, TX? I found the stamps on Tuesday at the post office on the UT-Austin campus. The post office had at least half dozen sheets of the stamp.
