I'm supposed to be threading cotton onto Christmas tree baubles while my wife's at the dentist. I've done nine so far and it's difficult with my stubby fingers. Well, I'm like a pubic hair on a urinal - gets pissed off easily.

I'm supposed to be at my mother's house to do laundry and grocery shop among other chores. But it's cold out and with no appointments today I'm slow to get moving and, instead, listening to Miles Davis Quintet, Live at Monterey. I'll head out when it's over.

My problem - and it IS a problem - is that I'm always doing what I'm supposed to be doing...occasional Organissimo board distractions aside. I guess that's how I went five years without a single day off. As I say, "problem". Perhaps recent "wake-up calls" in my life will change things, but, now back to work, perhaps not. Wake up and live, BeBop.
