It's an amp, and I got it for the purpose of eventually connecting it to my stereo, as well as for the NVX XPT100 headphones I ordered. Basically for late night set up to deal with baby crankiness. It is also known as the Brainwave HM5, I believe, but much cheaper, and reports from other users have been the comfort level is excellent. You can swap out the ear cups from flat to angled. The headphone wire can be removed and upgraded, if need be. The band itself is very flexible. Quote

I knew I'd pay, but wanted his first set of cans to at least be acceptable. Saw these Superlux HD681s for $40, and almost lost faith in the website. But, I did quite a bit of research on them and they were getting glowing "bang for the buck" reviews. I fear $40 cans, but those suckers are mind boggling for the price! They don't compete with the big boys, but absolutely bury any of the Beats I've auditioned while bored at Best Buy. There are hidden gems out there. That's why I'm interested in your thoughts. Please give your impressions once you've broken them in! Quote

Right now I am using for the commute the Amazon Basics headphones, a surprisingly excellent $25 headset that is light, comfortable, and decent but not high end sound. I'll buy an Apple Watch when my heli-pack arrives. I wonder if this is also linked into the streaming service. Cut us off from our iPods so we subscribe there. Quote

Last time I did was when I worked in Ophthalmology and used it to do work ups on patients. But, I also wore a long sleeve dress shirt. It might just be me, but I've never liked the look of a watch when wearing short sleeve shirts. All that said, if I ever got back into a line of work that involved dress wear, I would likely get another watch. BUT, it sure as hell wouldn't be the Apple Watch. $350 for the cheap, plastic-y looking one?! Pass... Quote

It will break sometime in the next couple of years (usually when I break the seal replacing the battery and then moisture leaks in). At that point I'll buy another one...probably for £9. The watch is essential in my day job...timing things within a lesson is vital. On the few occasions that I've been without it's been like having my legs chopped off. Quote

It was actually a really nice looking watch, most people thought it was more expensive than it was. If I ever buy another one, I may be willing to spend a little more than that. But it certainly won't be anywhere near $350! I realize there are people out there who spend $XX,XXX on watches, but not this boy. Quote

I'm intrigued by the practicality of having your earphones connected to your wrist. A bugger when gardening or scrambling around coastal footpaths (not to mention International House Cleaning Day).
