Ann B. Davis from the Brady Bunch has died. I use to watch that show, and yes like every other young boy in America, I had a crush on Marsha.

CNN) -- Ann B. Davis, known for her role as housekeeper Alice Nelson on "The Brady Bunch," died Sunday, close friend Bishop William Frey said. She was 88.

According to Frey, Davis fell and hit her head Saturday morning in her bathroom. She suffered a subdural hematoma and never regained consciousness.

My wife tells me that I'm the only person in America who did not watch The Brady Bunch. Can this be true? In extenuation, my kids watched when they were small. Anyway, she seemed like a cool lady, RIP.

You could be...I think I'm the only one in Canada...

I recall a Guest Star appearance by Ann B. Davis on the old "I've Got A Secret" show... She came out wearing roller skates, would answer a question, roll around behind the curtain, come out and answer another question, repeat and repeat. The panel never guessed that it was Ann and her identical twin sister alternating! Two peas in a pod, indeed!

A great stunt, and one that obviously I've never forgotten.
