alankin Posted January 8, 2017 Report Posted January 8, 2017 ...hasn't Keurig and A-B already done enough damage to our beverages? Quote
Dmitry Posted January 11, 2017 Report Posted January 11, 2017 I couldn't care less, haven't had a complete cup of coffee since I quit smoking, some years ago. That was the deal I made with myself. We do have a Cafitalia machine, which imho beats the snot out of Keurig. I used to drink 3-4 cups of espresso a day. Quote
jazzbo Posted January 11, 2017 Report Posted January 11, 2017 I had to cut down on coffee too when I quit smoking twenty-six plus years ago. .. and I still only drink one big mug a day in the morning, usually, though I sometimes drink it out if the coffee is really good. It's no longer attached to cigarettes in my mind. It took twenty years or so but I don't even dream that I am smoking any longer. Quote
Brad Posted January 11, 2017 Report Posted January 11, 2017 I wouldn't want to drink any slop that had the A B name attached to it. Quote

Initially I was afraid that drinking coffee would lead me back into the cigarette habit, and I suppose I'm safe now, but I just don't have the desire to drink it. Nicotine cravings are transient, last a few seconds at most, and i'm used to them, they're almost unnoticeable. Quote
Kevin Bresnahan Posted January 11, 2017 Report Posted January 11, 2017 Single cup of coffee? Why go the Keurig route? Aeropress yourself a cup of real coffee: Quote
