Argh! Hearing this makes me want to spring for the Mosaic Decca set, which I've never gotten around to buying.

These guys recently put out a record celebrating their 40th (!) year playing together.  This was their first record.

Unfortunately one I don't have.  I think I have everything else.

Personnel: Steve Miller (piano), Tony Moore (bass), Eddie Prevost (drums), Elton Dean (saxello).

Recorded live at Bull & Gate, Kentish Town, London from the "Meetings with Remarkable Saxophonists" concert series, in 1985.

Also includes a bonus track privately recorded in 1976 with Miller, Dean and drummer Pip Pyle.

Disc 2 of 2, recorded Aug. 12, 1994.  The Seven Sensational Saxophones (Jesse Davis,Gary Foster, Ken Peplowski, Chris Potter, Bill Ramsay, Frank Wess & Ricky Woodard) also served as the sax section in the subsequent big band (which also included Sweets Edison, Randy Sandke, George Graham, Al Aarons, Chauncey Welsch, Robert Trowers, Rob McConnell,Jimmy Cheatham and the Gene Harris Quartet)
