Does anyone know if Susan Rotolo, who's credited with the cover art work here, is Suze Rotolo who was photographed on the cover of Dylan's Freewheelin' album?

It probably is.  Rotolo worked as a painter and illustrator.

1968, produced by Cal Lampley, music is predictably "good" (and enjoyable as such), mostly standards, but talk about, an....unexpected lineup. Person still feeling his way around playing changes rather than riffs/licks, Abercrombie fully confident with vocabulary but still looking for a dialect, and Grady Tate his usual badass impeccable self.
