Recorded at a live gig, and it's very much got a "Jazz In The Park" blankets and picnics type vibe going on, definitely "for the people", this is not the way you normally hear Monk, ever. But, the vibe is true, King Britt adds some ambience that quirks things up just enough, and the whole thing has got pocket out the ass. At first I was like, "seriously? Uh....", but then things got going and, yeah, folks came to play, and play they most certainly did! Quote
