jazzbo Posted May 21 Report Posted May 21 Teri Thornton “I’ll Be Easy To Find” “I’ll be Easy to Find” is a great album by Ms Thornton on Verve, I have the cd, but i’m actually listening to a cdr of two that I have that are from rehearsals for the album courtesy of a friend of the producer. The former band musician in me likes to hear bands working out material. . . and these pros are doing a great job of mastering these tunes. Quote

jazzbo Posted May 21 Report Posted May 21 Michael Cosmic/Phill Musra Group/World’s Experience Orchestra “Peace In The World/Creator Spaces/The Prayer” Now Again 3 cd set, disc 1 Cosmic is right. Years ago I sent a copy of this set to a friend who I thought would really dig it. Well, his response is “you have got to be kidding me.” I dig it though, a lot. Quote
Peter Friedman Posted May 22 Report Posted May 22 With Red Garland, Oscar Pettiford and Philly Joe Jones I was especially impressed by the playing of Oscar Pettiford. His solo on the tune "Green Haze" was especially terrific. Quote
