I haven't played it in a while, but I had it on LP, have it now on CD, and have enjoyed it over the years.

The LP had close to 30 minutes a side, so the CD has a chance of sounding better.  If they used the LP masters, it'll probably sound the same.

This isn't the first time it has been available on CD - Hannibal previously released it in 1991. I've had a copy of that one since at least the mid-90s.

Got this as very nice original  Hannibal fold out vinyl release from 1981  .... the music is structured as sublime hommage to Nino Rota's euvre and is a gratifying listen (independetly of even knowing the original compositions) ....

My copy of the cd jewell box has a hole punched in it so I must have bought it remaindered.
