He said the spine is intact and without flaw....but there's clearly some rubbing near the bottom. That's outrageous!! I wouldn't bid more than 2,395.75 :wacko:

Is true original first pressing any different from original first pressing or first pressing?

Oh man, this sucks. "LOR" was the winner of my re-auction of that rare Ronnie Foster Live at Montreaux LP (just move the decimal point in $2800.00 over two places to know what he paid).

If he's got the wallet to bid $2800 on that Morgan LP I just know that if he'd had some serious competition, he'd have paid much bigger bucks for the Foster LP.

I knew I should have asked my friend to shill for me :g

So, I take it that "$280,000" was the wrong direction to move the decimal point... ;)

Yep, $10,000.00 for an original Elvis Presley LP, way back in the 1970s.

:wacko::blink::wacko:

I've never paid more than $25! I don't think I'd ever take it that far.

I will not tell my mother about the $10,000 for an Elvis LP ... she had all of his records until 1966, when she moved to Wisconsin and left them in the old house ... :blink:

Hey, how the heck do you have 100% positive feedback?

Doing a little self-dealing are we?

And I like this bit of nonsensical feedback someone placed:

"An E-bayer among E-Bayers!"

Well, um ... yeah, he's an "ebayer among ebayers", except when he goes to another auction site. :blink:

Hey, how the heck do you have 100% positive feedback?

Because every time I see Tod's name show up as a bidder, I immediately cancel the auction and dodge what would definitely be a negative feedback 'bullet'. :g

I noticed the awful color cover of the True Blue CD selling by spanichi and his other Blue Notes. It will probably sell more than the real deal.
