With my luck, if I bought that collection, it would turn out to be:

200,000 copies of the DVD of the movie "Cabin Boy" starring Chris Elliott.

400,000 Wynton Marsalis CDs.

100,000 LP copies of Don Johnson's "Heartbeat" album from '85.

:(

Well, AB, what's the chances of it being

200,000 copies of Lee Morgan, "Delighfulee?"

Aint gonna happen. It's a pile of WYNTON!!! :g:g

Conn,

I think you've coined a new term.

"A pile of Wynton" = When something that seems too good to be true, turns out to be too good to be true.

It turns out to be a pile of Wynton.

Usage example:

Question:

Did you hear the new Blue Note compilation? It's supposed to have new tracks by original BN artists such as Andrew Hill, Jimmy Smith, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, etc...

Answer

I heard it, but it turned out to be a pile of Wynton. It only contained tracks by Ronny Jordan and George Howard.

I noticed the description listed cassettes and lps too. Ha ha.

It'll cost you some bucks just to store all the stuff.

If you check the dollar bins at most used stores, there's tons of titles that are worthless.

I"m sure some 'used' stores eventually discard many discs that are in their dollar bins.
