As a matter of fact, in '75 I made a promo for my radio show using the tune, Beautiful You as a music bed and in those days we put them on 4-track carts.

That one and "It's About Time" were real favorites growing up. I even had that '74 album on 8-Track.

Yup. That album brings back mid-70s memories for sure. I was just fine with most of it then except for "The Maestro" which was just too darn cheesy.

Sorry, maybe because it's a subscriber-only release that the tracks aren't showing up ... ... but if you're into Puerto Rican plena and you're familiar with Modesto Cepeda and his family (you should be, if not), then this re-release from the late 70s is a good one to hear.
