That seller always ships in cheap carton with a single layer of bubble plastic. Muzak mini-LPs are too fragile for this type of packaging. It'll be a matter of luck if they'll arrive undamaged.

There aren't any sound samples on the internet. I took a chance when a Japanese seller I was already ordering from had a copy for sale. Audun Strype did a good job on the recording/mastering. PS It's not a gatefold digipack as the Discogs page states, but a non-gatefold mini-lp (hard cardboard, not laminated) with a booklet (3 pages colour photos, 4 pages Japanese liner notes, 1 page english liner notes).

According to the booklet: Audun Strype, Scandinavia's top mastering engineer, accompanying the trio as live sound man. PB took the photo.

Archie Shepp The Way Ahead (Impulse!, MVCI 23080) Listened to both the 1992 Japanese CD and the 2021 SHM-CD again (Frankenstein), and again preferred the earlier reissue. Sounds a bit more full bodied, or the SHM sounds somewhat 'thin' in comparison.
