AARGH! I despise Nicholas Cage!!!! The only good movie he's ever done is Raising Arizona. Again, because his character is a moron, which is the only facial expression he can convey.

Or just Lethal Sherry. Then it wouldn't be as obvious.

The only reason he worked in the first Matrix is because the character spent half the movie being confused.

This movie sucks. I'm watching The Daily Show.

Oldman and Hopkins are the only thing good in this movie. That and the effects. Anyone remember the SNL with Sinbad hosting that was on around the time Dracula came out? One of the sketches was "Brahm Stoker's Blackula" and Sinbad had a big afro "butt" on his head, just like Oldman in the movie. It was frickin' hilarious!

Winona Ryder looks like the kid from Star Trek: The Next Generation. I just noticed that. Will Wheaton? Is that his name? I changed my mind. Gary Oldman is a cross between Huggie Bear and Ozzy.

So Dracula is in London now. I like how Gary Oldman is all pimped out and looks like a cross between Huggie Bear and the lead singer of Blind Melon. WTF?

Actually I think it's less. The worse part is his foe English accent. When it's that bad, why not just go the Kevin Costner route ala Robin Hood and not bother? How did Copolla get caught up in this?

So they're playing Dracula on CineMax, the one from 1992 directed by Francis Ford Coppolla. I remember seeing this in the theatre when I was 15 (yeah, I'm young) and thinking, "THAT WAS COOL!" This is the first time I've seen it since. Criminey bejesus, Keanu Reeves is frickin' horrible. He's like the Kenny G of acting.

Yeah... I'm going to order the disc tonight. I emailed the organist and asked him to join. He hipped me to another CD. Woot!
