  1. more on the Scarlatti: when I bought this, I didn't realize Yepes was a 10 string specialist (one would probably have to be), I was just interested in the transcription aspect. I'll give it another spin later, I certainly didn't find anything wrong with it the first time. .
  2. The Constitution of the United States and its amendments don't apply here, it's Jim who sets the rules. dat's right!

    Jim Hall

Jim Hall - Grand Slam, Live at the Regattabar I'm kind of disappointed by this one, Hall has a harmonizer on his guitar on most tracks. It's a pretty annoying sound.
  15. Happy Birthday Rod.
  16. Attempted extortion isn't a crime? If it wasn't a crime, why was the CBS employee arrested late yesterday? In other words (I'll translate it for you): if there wasn't a crime, should it be news? I'll translate it back at you, slick: What part of CBS Employee Is Charged In Letterman Plot do you think signifies there wasn't a crime committed? further translation: even if there was a crime, I still don't care.

  25. I'm only 15 minutes away from them and it still takes about a week. And the backorders keep coming in dribs and drabs. They filled 95% of my two large orders eventually - be patient, and whatever you do, don't reorder a title if it hasn't come from the first order! I didn't let all this stop me from placing another order this afternoon! I can wait, a week isn't bad.
