I had the pleasure of seeing Cliff Almond play with Michel Camilo and Charles Flores recently. The Trio was so tight! The were SMOKIN' HOT!! Almond really impressed me tho. At one point he cut himself on his Zildjian crash - bleeding everywhere - but kept on playing. Roadie comes out with a bandaid during the bass solo - Almond plays right through and finishes the show. He never missed a beat! AMAZING!!!
