  1. Is he related to Tom Curran? He covers the Patriots for NBC Sports in Boston.
  2. Nice piece, GA. I've been watching the NFL since 1978 and know a fair deal of its history, but had never heard of The Million Dollar Backfield.
  3. No, and this is a very damaging move on his part if he and his lawyer don't have a smoking gun.
  4. Awesome, Larry! Thanks for the update.
  5. The intro to So What when the horns come in.
  6. I'd be surprised. Look at how that worked out for Bill Cosby.
  7. Wow! A positive post about Wynton Marsalis! I'm impressed!
  8. That's shockingly hilarious coming from the one poster in this thread that looks at sexual assault as just another ho hum day at the office.
  9. Hey, man. They had it coming! At least, that seems to be Dimitry's take on this.
  10. All excellent points. I should have been more careful about painting with such a broad brush.
  11. I'm glad I'm not that in love with money to where I'd sit idly by while things of this nature were going on.
  12. Although I'd never say any of this, I do have to give it my seal of approval.
  13. Make it look like an accident, Larry. You know the drill.
  14. The Cowboys secondary is really bad. There's your Real News story. Sometimes it really IS that simple.
  15. IMO, either this thread should find itself on the business end of Master Kart's accidental shitcan finger, or we should petition Mr. Alfredson to reinstate the political subforum of this site.
  16. Sorry, but there's absolutely no way for any of us to know that.
  17. What exactly are you going to text Paddock? He's dead, and the FBI is combing through the paper trail of his life picking gnat shit out of pepper. The difference between someone that is still alive and can provide answers when asked, and someone who is dead is enormous. So your hypothetical makes absolutely no sense.
  18. Only problem being that he's dead, with no previously documented mental health issues. There's nothing left to study.
  19. If they cannot find one, then what exactly are they going to present to the public? Even though Jim's take on this stands in direct opposition to the intellectual curiosity he demanded of himself with the Hino story, I agree agree with everything he's said. Cat went batshit crazy, murdered a shitload of people, then killed himself. The End They've already exhausted all the usual suspects. He wasn't a Muslim convert, rightwing nutjob, leftwing nutjob, and so on. There was no religious or political motivation behind this attack. Just a batshitter with an arsenal that could supply a small army. I'm not sure what else we even need to know at this point.
  20. Hahaha... Now, stop and ask yourself: what the fuck would they need with Hurricane proof glass in Las Vegas, Nevada? Hint: that story was made up bullshit.
  21. Gotta wonder how much CTE might be playing into all of this. Cat has clearly lost his mind.
  22. Ah, I see Underwood was also involved with the Titanic and Avatar soundtracks. I'd assume behemoth projects like this tend to pay very well.
  23. Didn't Ian Underwood compose the soundtrack for Braveheart?
  24. From everything I've gathered, that's why that original Mothers lineup did not last very long. Seems as though Frank may have at least learned something from that experienced, as most of the musicians he employed after that spoke quite highly of him.
