Only if you only have two or three go to relievers, Paul. The Royals have changed that dynamic with a wall-to-wall bull pen. We barely squeezed five or six innings out of our starters last year. How did our pen look in the postseason? Trust me, it can work.

I've found that if I combine Melatonin with L-Theanine I usually get pretty decent results. Sometimes not, but I'd say 8 times out of 10.

Yeah, and that makes perfect sense. The "catching up" thing seems to be making me more tired!

Aside from the zero minutes of sleep I got Sunday night, I've been sleeping like a log! Worst part of that being that I'm super tired when I wake up. And it takes me a long time TO actually wake up. And I'm the type that usually hits the ground running the second I get out of bed. Weird.

J.J. & Kai - Israel. Used to have it on LP, but never have come across a CD of it, although I do know they did issue it on cD at one time. It's not the best album from either, but I'd love to have the opening track, My Funny Valentine, back one of these days. It think it's the most beautiful version of that piece that I've ever heard.
