A CBC telecast videotaped on July 22, 1959 according to the excellent Lee Morgan discography by Jeffery S. McMillan

Te Philology CD was the original release of the music from the concert. The liner notes by Bird specialist Robert Bregman indicate the offering 'was discovered in a used record shop in Philly'. Parker's solo was indeed outstanding. One of his best!
A pity no more music from the event was uncovered!
The concert was attended by two young musicians Benny Golson and John Coltrane.
Golson remembered the concert in this interview.
Hopefully (one can always dream?!?), Frémeaux will issue the Parker material they are not including in the current Intégrale in a later series!
The complete series would then match their splendid Django Reinhardt and Louis Armstrong sets!
The Complete Bird Frémeaux would also be a much better proposition than the Philology Bird's Eyes LPs and CDs. These were a mess, even if they were more than welcome by introducing new material that was unavailable anywhere else until they turned up on the label!
Following Bright Moments' request/thread, dug out:
Terry Gibbs 'Vibes on Velvet' (EmArcy, mono, blue label)
Very nice album with Terry Gibbs playing against a background of a sax section with arrangements by Manny Albam.
Joe Alexander plays fine on that early 60s date. Wish he would have taken some more risks which would surely have been OK with the rhythm section that was assembled.
Stumbled on this item from an August 1961 issue of Jet Magazine:
The Four Bosses
First time I see any reference on this dream (or nightmare?!?) quartet! It is not mentioned in the Robin D.G. Kelley book on Monk.
