The Jazz on the Screen website has this information about it: http://lcweb2.loc.gov/diglib/ihas/loc.natlib.jots.200014069/default.html The book version (Jazz in the Movies) indicated Ornette was using some 40 musicians! Found this entry from the Films de France website http://filmsdefrance.com/FDF_Boxoffice_1982_rev.html Josef Bogdanovich is not related to Peter B. He is a rich heir who wanted to direct a film! Looks like he is living in Jamaica nowadays and is a producer for Downsound Records! He seems to be on Facebook. You may ask him directly!
