  1. Wonder what they're doing up there. The NASA program seems to be more about providing jobs, busy work. The communication satellites are a good thing, as long as nobody shoots them down.
  2. I'm hitting the Golden Corral with a couple of friends.
  3. Fwiw, It probably can't be cooked all at once. If it is, the turkey'd be dry or maybe even burned by the time the chicken got cooked; for sure by the time the stuffing got cooked. Otherwise there'd be a pretty good chance of getting salmonella and stuff. Impractical.
  4. Congrats. I always liked the name Georgette.
  5. And the beat goes on. grrr

  7. http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/d...orage/ps3200-sw According to an email that I received this morning the trojan is easily disposed of by simply reformatting the device. [Coincidentally I bought a Maxtor 160GB last Friday, before I learned of this news. Luckily the 160GB aren't infected, supposedly.]
  8. Hey, I like scotch too, but... That's blasphemous! I say That's Blasphemous!!

  10. Also, there's a rumor going around that certain external harddrives(Maxtor) are embedded with a trojan malware. The rumor also accuses the Chinese gov on gathering the info.

  15. They oughta test the broken seal bottles, if they ain't contaminated, drink them and the unopened stuff; maybe save the bottles for historical/posterity's sake. It's a waste of good liquor to dump it out. They could donate it to the poor or homeless, those that can't afford to buy it, for crying out loud.
  16. Chewy must've not been horny.
  17. Friendship Between Women: A woman didn't come home one night. The next day she told her husband that she had slept over at a friend's house. The man called his wife's 10 best friends. None of them knew about it. Friendship Between Men: A man didn't come home one night. The next day he told his wife that he had slept over at a friend's house. The woman called her husband's 10 best friends. Eight of them confirmed that he had slept over and two claimed that he was still there.

  19. This would practically be a moot subject around here, because our restraint ordinance applies to cats as well as dogs. I'm at the mercy of my neighbors with the three feral cats that I feed, and had neutered. [When you trap them once, it's almost impossible to trap them again.]
  20. Same here. Where I'm gonna get bit in the ass is when I need to fill up with #2 heating oil. I suspect a $500+ bill (for around 250 gallons).
  21. If the squirrels ain't endangered and they're feeding on an endangered species then it'd be legal to shoot the squirrel, but not for letting the squirrel suffer unnecessarily. Save the boids.
  22. If true, and the birds are endangered species, then yes, it's animal cruelty for letting the cat suffer, for his not putting it out of its misery. It's probably legal to shoot the cat, but not for letting it suffer unneccessarily.
  23. Peter Cottontail Peter Rabbit Pete Sampros
  24. An unfortunate circumstance.
  25. I dunno, I just dunno. Only you can know the answer. You must search deep into your psyche and the answer will be revealed. Or not. I like your current doe-si-doe ava. Is that three cop cars chasing a law breaker around in circles? 'Scuse me, that's alleged lawbreaker.
