  1. Consider 10% discount if you buy offdiscogs
  2. Actually I am selling it on discogs Jokes aside, I appreciate the first studio albums of TYA up to Stonedhenge though Alvin Lee never was among my fave guitarist of that period.
  3. The problem I have with some of rock live albums like this one is that are an endless showcase for the leading guitar, plus some endless drum solo, after a while I am bored.
  4. My copy looks better.
  5. Japan. I had the twoofer back then, one of my first jazz records, listening to it I realized for the first time that a drummer can play, rather then keeping the tempo and hitting the drums like a thug in a brawl during the solo.
  6. UK Columbia Mono Pressing, astounding sound.
  7. Looks like a Michael Caine / Harry Palmer film poster.
  8. Now and then I play it, since it has a good value on the used market, I think I could sell it and buy one of Mosaic vinyl sets I miss, but I never do, overall Nirvana is the last rock band I really liked and I love their records.
  9. They could name it Funky Pilates or Funklates, something like that.
  10. I have mixed feeling about the later Miles sets, I am fascinated by the playing BEFORE the editing, sometimes overwhelmed, so I can't listen to it more then a couple of LP or one CD. I tend to listen to it as single tracks not as a record, if you understand what I am trying to say. A Music Matter 45 rpm set of those, would be the next new wave of fitness in the California Gyms.
  11. Yep, if one don't want the Teo editings, the Sony is the way to go.
  12. Answer here The older Miles Columbia sets have some metallic parts, spine, etc that tended to rust when ageing.
  13. Honestly I did never compare CD and LP, as Sidewinder said, Mosaic LP sets sounds gorgeous and I tend to prefer LP over CD. I was sarcastic about the boxes, both have problems in the long run. I always thought BIG FUN stuff was in the CD Columbia box set, not Mosaic.
  14. Yep, about the Davis' sets, it's a matter of aesthetic choice: better the teared spine of the LP or the rust on the CD?
