  1. It’s been reported on a few Facebook pages that he’s passed away today. He was 76. I’ve seen him perform live with the Vanguard Orchestra, as well as in a trio setting.

  5. Has anyone else gone onto one of the streaming services and selected one standard and listened to all the different recordings of that tune? Today I did this today for two, "Moon River" and "Summertime." I wanted to see how many sounded different than others. Very few stray from the original version.

  23. My thoughts too everyone no matter who you are at some point will become lazy and not sanitize these stones. Then you have potential of an infection. Unless the alcohol does actually kill any potential bacteria.
