Just beat the hated Dodgers.

I had a ticket to the Jonathan Sanchez [of the Giants] no-no last summer. We got into The City way late and I passed on it. I still kick myself over it. Grrr

I'm with you, Matthew. If the announcers want to talk about a no-no, then do it after the game is over. Have a blast and blab all you want, but don't jinx it during the game!

Looks like my Giants finally figured out the Boyz from Oaktown with a three game sweep....then got the best of the O's. A scary moment for Lincecum, though. A good homestand for my guys

OK. Basically, Brian Wilson [the Giants pretend closer] needs to be taken out and slapped. He sucks. Grrrrr

You'll face the Astros again in the 3rd week in June. Otherwise, who knows. Good point. They beat the Nats last night, though. The A's can pitch dude. Good young rotation and some studs in the bullpen. The defense and hitting = not so good. They desperately need a automatic 25 hr - 90 rbi in the lineup. Maybe they can package Sheets, Raja Davis and Barton and get something like that in return. Small ball for now is sort of working for them. I think the Giants will come around but I don't like the way so many games feel like last year for them. True dat. The Gigantes need a big bat in the line-up. They get the hits, but not the runs scored.

I figure it just means the young guys in the league need to pay attention and study the game more. Meanwhile, Romo nearly blows another one for the Giants today. Rowand [4] saved his bacon. I vote Romo most likely for reassignment to Fresno. Grrrr

A very Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms on this BBS. I sincerely hope it is a great day. There is no more important job on this or any other planet than being a Mom. My wife has been an awesome Mom to our two children. Sadly, I lost my own Mom 21 years ago on May 10th. My Mom never knew my kids...it is a burden I carry to this very day. And I miss her so very much. Love you, Mom.
