But Michael Anderson (I'm assuming it's the same Michael Anderson who used to be the late night dj on BGO & was the only reason to listen to that station) is an interesting intelligent guy and I'd be surprised if he didn't put together a good & interesting selection of music & interviews.

  20. Just saw this. Have no idea if post 34 was mine, but there is no post 34 anymore.
  21. Doesn't look like Cropper & Dunn to me.
  22. I just spent an hour and a half in a record store - Sally's in Westport, Ct. - hanging with a friend, checking out CDs and listening to Sally's stories - one of the most enjoyable times I've had recently. Wish there were more record stores these days.

  24. A third for John Fahey's Christmas/ holiday recordings. Some favorites of mine: New England Christmastide - Traditional carols and melodies played on uillean pipes, tin whistle, guitar, cello, concertina, mandolin, hurdy-gurdy, etc. Cool Yule - w. Louis Armstrong, Big John Greer, Leo Watson, Babs, Gonzales, et al. Blue Yule w. Eddie C. Campbell, Texas Pete Mayes, Poppa Hop, Jimmy Liggins and his Drops of Joy, et al. The Roches: We Three Kings - probably my all time favorite I got a copy of An Uptown Christmas earlier this year. Looking forward to playing it in a week or two when the time is right.
