Tonight I am going to grill some reb bell peppers and stuff them with a ground veal and a tomato risotto.

I made some babyback ribs over the weekend that turned out damn good. In celebration of the grillin' season, I thought I would share it. I coat the ribs with a little olive oil and then salt, pepper, and rub with spices of your choice. Wrap the slabs in foil and place in the oven at 300 for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and take the foil off. Let stand for 10-15 minutes then throw them on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with homemade or your favorite store bought sauce. They will indeed fall right off the bones. Of course you can slow cook on the grill over indirect heat as well for hours. Although when wrapped in foil I have had success cooking on the grill in about 1-1 1/2 hours.

I'm in a "wedding band" that has played a gig or two for him, and all I can say is that everybody should treat musicians as good as he does. Obviously I don't know the guy and have never worked for him. Still, it's all his bullshit I can't stand. The running out on to the court, yelling at refs, the shit he talks. He's the fucking owner, there is a coaching staff for that. Dude likes to be in the spotlight plain and simple and as much as he hates to admit it, he's as much of an ego asshole as Trump is. Anything to grab a headline. Didn't he run onto the court during a fight once or twice?
