clifford_thornton
That chocolate box always looked so annoying to me I happily bought the slightly later gatefold 2LP pressing of it years ago! Hah, well you saved yourself some filing issues and a permanently splitting round cardboard apparatus. I've got crisp records inside of an object I have given up on trying to safeguard against encroaching preservation issues.

paul secor
Michael Hurley: Land of Lofi (Mississippi) Is it pronounced "Low-fee" or "Low-Fie" ? I assume it's low-fie, since most of Michael Hurley's recordings have seemingly been low budget affairs aimed at music lovers rather than audiophiles (though one can be both). Could also be a sort of pun on the two Lodis (N.J. and Ca.). Only Mr. Hurley knows for sure.
