This kind of fusion project (backed by a big budget festival) is rarely, if ever, more than the sum of its parts, particularly on record. But I'm probably biased and I'd also like to hear Paul's opinion. Anyway, it might be useful to know that the original LP is still available (Cam Jazz). Quote
