Yes it looks similar but the Contemporary label also changed a bit during the times.

As far as I know Pell didnt record for Contemporary under his name.

It´s indeed a fine record. The first tune seems to be what Alfred Lion then wanted all his artists to do.

But if I am honest, my favourite Wayne Shorter on BN would be "All Seeing Eye".
