Thanks for the info on the Atlantic/Koch.  By the way, is the encounter with Yusef Lateef (I think just called Tenors, on Lateef's YAL label) worth a listen?  The pairing sounds intriguing.

Yeah, it's really good.

I concur. At times its a little difficult to tell the two tenors apart and the music is very loose, but it is an engaging listen.

Now I gotta go back & get the Nessa release....

I issued 2 lps, reissued one on cd (with a bonus track) and my Japanese licensee issued the other one with another bonus track. I have had a small number of the Japanese issue for sale and note I only have 5 copies left. Not sure I can get more so I might issue it in the next year.

Oh wow, that drum/saxophone duo section near the end of "Have No Fear" is killin', as exciting as Trane with Roy Haynes doing "Impressions" at Newport, for that matter, which is not something you'll hear on the new Premonition recording. Damn! Yes, I need a Bomba -- this lp is getting on in days.
