Release of the reissue looks like being delayed further. It's shown on their website as being 'unavailable due to a problem with a photograph' - whatever that means! I thought nearly all cover art was considered to be owned by the corporation, not a one-time license, though if Futura had asked to use an existing photo that would be different, or the photographer can say he was never paid. Strange. Futura has been hit with a fine of more than €10,000 (more than $8,000) for reusing a photo they bought for the original issue of one of their releases. I saw a pic somewhere of this with a different cover, on CD. It was earlier this summer, so hopefully the reissue won't be delayed too much. Great date!
