:tup I'm no expert connoisseur (and there are plenty of beers I haven't tried), but this is possibly the best I've ever tasted in 30+ years of drinking beer.

We have decided to dedicate each weekend this summer to making a different tropical cocktail.

Today's is a Bacardi:

1 1/2 oz Bacardi white or gold rum

1/2 oz lime juice

1 tsp. grenadine

Shake and serve over ice.

Place Les Baxter album on turntable and play.

an excellent thai beer.

Have you ever tried Chang? I find it a little less bitter than Sinha.

no. thanks!!!!!!!!!!

apparently sinha is brewed under many names. it lost its charm after consuming a 6 bagger today. sinha is just ok, no way excellent.

.....it takes a pretty picture, though.

Okay, okay. But you've got to admit that Sinha would be a good name for a beer - maybe even better than Singha.

I still like Chang better than either one....

after a 6 bagger of the stuff in an afternoon, one should be allowed to drop a letter.
