I've got a large master bedroom for rent. There's a huge walk-in closet and the apartment has free high speed internet access and basic cable. $350 per month plus half the utilities. No pets (I have a cat and she doesn't do well with others). Good location, can be downtown in about 5 minutes by car or a 12 minute bus ride. I love Austin, and how often do you get the chance to live with another jazz fan for such low rent?? Things have settled though, and it looks as if I'll be back in Chicagoland for quite some time.
