I learned today that Nico is the young lady who appears on the cover of this LP.

Not sure why I did not know that before today, or why it's worth posting here... but why not?

PS -- however, I DID know that Mary Tyler Moore is the cover model for this big band recording:

Also did not know that was Nico, but always did think that whoever it was looked like heroin, either then or to come. Some people just have it in their eyes.

Well she looked very different to that on the stage of the Rainbow Theatre, Finsbury Park, London on June 1st, 1974. Sang 'Deutschland, Deutschland, uber alles' accompanied by harmonium.

I now feel cheated that there no Nico / Evans collaboration was ever recorded. What textures Bill might have added to CHELSEA GIRL or THE MARBLE INDEX.
